Mindfulness & Stress Relief for Teens – March

Learn ways to control stress rather than letting stress control you! Do you have that student that wants to do it all and wants to do it all perfectly? Between school and activities, do you worry about the pressure they put on themselves? This program will help students share their experiences and gather tools for controlling their stress instead of letting stress control them. Register for individual sessions the last Friday of each month, or all three.
