Mrs. Tori has been such a gift to our kiddos. Her kindness, creativity, and genuine care shine through in everything she does. My kiddos talk about her everyday with so much joy and positivity. She makes every child feel seen, encouraged, and truly valued. We are so grateful for the joy and confidence she brings into our kiddos lives. Amora and Roman jr. are truly excited to get into the classroom in the morning (and they are NOT early risers!)  Every classroom needs a Mrs. Tori!!!

My family has benefited from the financial assistance program because now my daughter is able to participate in the theatre productions which she thoroughly enjoys.  This is a welcoming spot for her talents that she wouldn’t be able to share otherwise.  There is nothing else in the area for kiddos this age.  I feel that when children are able to do what they are good at, it bolsters their confidence.

Bella has enjoyed Hip Hop classes for years at Woodlawn.  Kaliyah enjoys the art program and this year Arya started dance as well : )  I think it’s so important for the kids to stay active and involved in things.

Because of the financial assistance program both of my kids were able to attend WAA’s Preschool Academy.  They are both very energetic but love more traditional art like drawing & sculpting as well as performing.  Woodlawn Preschool was a great fit for them both.”

As a single mother of two, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this program.  Both of my children have engaged in theatre and music, and I’m proud to announce my sophomore daughter got accepted to ILMEA this year and it’s all thanks to this wonderful scholarship and the phenomenal staff here at Woodlawn Arts Academy.

My family has benefited from this program in so many ways.  Being a homeschool family the programs at Woodlawn give my kids the opportunity to be around other children their age.  My oldest loves to dance and would not be able to without this program.  She is so excited to share the love for dance with her little sister.  Woodlawn is like a family and I’m so glad my kids and myself get to be a part of it ❤

I wanted to thank you for the opportunity to utilize the financial assistance program.  I took the pottery class and it was so therapeutic.  I have chronic pain in my back, neck and knees.  I am recovering from back & knee surgery.  This makes it difficult for me to work and do other activities.  The chance to explore my creativity in pottery class has been so enjoyable.  I have told many people how great the class is.  I believe two others are going to sign up and take the class also.  I am truly thankful for the opportunity to apply for the Woodlawn Arts Academy financial assistance.
