Jack-O-Lantern Candle Holders 1

Create your own holiday candle holder using basic pottery skills! For all one-day clay workshops, projects will not be painted in class. Your artwork will be given a coat of clear glaze and fired in Woodlawn’s kiln after the workshop has ended, and you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup. Images are representations of the projects to be made and may not be the exact project created in class. Clay workshops are meant for beginner learning experiences, and projects do not always turn out as expected.

Elf for the Shelf

Learn pottery methods to create your own elf! All clay workshops are taught by Pip Lucas in Room 204. For all one-day clay workshops, projects will not be painted in class. Beginning Piano Elementary 2.0

This program is a great introduction for students interested in piano lessons! In this fun and engaging class, students will learn counting, piano fingering and notes. Prerequisite: Must have taken any beginner piano class in the past.

Elves in Training

Now that Christmas is over, it’s time to start training some new elves for next year! No elves will be left sitting on a shelf … they will be busy with art, music, theatre, science and more. See if you’ve got what it takes to be one of Santa’s elves! Some workshop activities will be separated for different age groups. Bring a sack lunch and water bottle. Dress to get messy!

Creator Club Session 2

Creativity and friendship unite! This program is for students who are not yet in school and those who are homeschooling. Socialize with friends while doing science, art, drama, culinary, music and dance! Class themes and activities will be centered around the interests of the participants.

After-School Snacks 1

They ask over and over … what can I eat?! Time to put nutrition in their hands by giving kids some tools and ideas to create their own healthy after-school snacks. Taste testing and some take-home snacks included!
