Visual Arts

Woodlawn Arts Academy’s visual arts program encompasses 2D and 3D art, including drawing, painting, photography, clay, glass and mixed media for all ages and levels of experience. We also offer private visual arts lessons.

Jack-O-Lantern Candle Holders 2

Create your own holiday candle holder using basic pottery skills! For all one-day clay workshops, projects will not be painted in class. Your artwork will be given a coat of clear glaze and fired in Woodlawn’s kiln after the workshop has ended, and you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup. Images are representations of the projects to be made and may not be the exact project created in class. Clay workshops are meant for beginner learning experiences, and projects do not always turn out as expected.
