Book Binding

Discover the art of transforming pages into beautiful, handcrafted books in this creative, hands-on workshop. Participants will explore several binding techniques while working with different papers, fabrics and recycled materials to create unique, functional books for journaling, sketching or storytelling. You’ll take home your completed custom-bound project. No prior experience required; just bring a willingness to explore, create and get crafty.

Registration for fall and school-year programs begins Monday, July 27, 2026. Online registration opens at 7am; in-person and phone registration opens at 9am. Online registration is not available for all programs.

Our staff will be very busy with registrations for the first several hours of the day. If you plan to register by phone, it is likely that lines may be busy, and we may not be able to answer right away. In-person registration is strongly recommended.
