Nutcracker Dance Camp

Dancers from all area studios are encouraged to join! Dancers who participate in this camp will be given the opportunity to perform in “The Nutcracker.” Dance experience is required. Students will audition for parts and learn the dances during the week-long camp, then attend bi-monthly Saturday rehearsals throughout the fall in order to perform the ballet. You do NOT need to be a Woodlawn Dance Academy student to participate, and we will do our best to work around other studios’ schedules for additional rehearsals this fall. Performances are planned for November 20th and 21st at Centennial Auditorium, Sterling High School,

Pinch Creatures

Create your own creature from clay! For all one-day clay workshops, projects will not be painted in class. Your artwork will be given a coat of clear glaze and fired in Woodlawn’s kiln after the workshop has ended, and you will receive an email when it is ready for pickup. Images are representations of the projects to be made and may not be the exact project created in class. Clay workshops are meant for beginner learning experiences, and projects do not always turn out as expected.
