This vinyasa (flow based) course links breath with movement. Designed to meet students’ needs, this class is perfect for beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioners, with a variety of options and blocks provided. No experience necessary! Please bring a water bottle. Mats are provided if needed. Rosie Ciocca is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

He and his best friends — Marty the zebra, Melman the giraffe and Gloria the hippo — have spent their whole lives in blissful captivity before an admiring public and with regular meals provided for them. Not content to leave well enough alone, Marty lets his curiosity get the better of him and makes his escape — with the help of some prodigious penguins — to explore the world.

Spark curiosity while developing essential skills like critical thinking, problem-solving, teamwork and creativity in this engaging class. Each time we meet, we’ll tackle a new real-world challenge collaboratively, exploring hands-on engineering concepts in a fun and supportive environment. From building bridges with simple materials to designing and testing catapults, students will have a great time and gain a deeper understanding of how things work in the world around them.
